Biography

Fernanda Gonzalez-Lopez is an Electronic Engineer PhD in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso. She is currently a postdoctoral researcher at Human and Process Data Science Research Lab (HAPLAB) and a part-time faculty for the Department of Computer Science at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, Santiago, Chile. Her main research interests are Business Process Management and Conceptual Modeling. She has participated in projects in fields such as e-commerce, finance, government, and healthcare.
